I've been in a super-potent phase of self-exploration and levelling up, and I have had so many breakthroughs and have so much to write... but there is an awareness that I should let the froth settle... into something we can all digest. But ok!... I'll share a little froth with you :)

It all began when I decided to stop forcing an outcome- to let go of the struggle to push flowstate in a certain direction... and to allow it to unfold naturally.

3-2-1... RELEASE

The LETTING GO OF CONTROL opened up some kind of energetic portal to a level of consciousness/ mode of operating, that is best described by imagining untying yourself from a tree on the banks of a river, and gleefully jumping into the river, and laying back like Baloo the bear in Jungle book, floating and singing "The Bare Necessities" as joy, growth, nourishment and beauty comes to you, around every corner.

I know this sounds weird, and I hope in time to explain this phenomenon in a way that is so lucid and devoid of "Law of Attraction" vibes that even the most reductionist, rational mind can integrate what Im describing.

It was the letting go of control.. the simple action of release, surrender, acceptance and allowing.... that thrust me into the flow lane... into a way of existing in a "quantum reality" .... and I'm just coming up to breathe.

Living with trust and expression, naturally means living with an absence of fear and repression.  This leads to a saying YES to everything, and a presence that seems to attract opportunities and people... which has taken me on some profound and whacky adventures.

The FlowQuest...

I spent a couple weeks in Los Angeles to some work with a client/ buddy who is the co-founder of a tech startup. Obviously it was the perfect timing for what was unfolding, and we will always look back on this FlowQuest as THE pivotal moment in both our lives where we learned the fundamental lesson that life is about EXPRESSION of life force.

This breakthrough will effect many lives, through changing the course of 2 businesses (his and mine) with unlimited potential to expand awareness. The shift from fear to trust is one that catalyses individual potential, but also the potential of organisations to thrive.

As my journey unfolded, one by one the right person showed up in my life to steer, educate, enlighten and inspire me towards my visions. I found myself in a plant medicine ceremony in a hidden temple disguised as a Beverly hills mansion, channeling spirit animals, ancestors and guides... healing.

I spent my days flowing effortlessly in service to something greater than myself, in a state of constant awe and wonder at the utter beauty of life, the sheer outrageously magnificent patterns hidden within the chaos.

What emerged was the fluid integration of energy & flow with form & function. The linear, mechanistic world of startups, investing and business mashing together with the quantum world of spiritual exploration, deep connection and the emergence of higher meaning...

There were moments sitting around boardroom tables where I felt the hidden hands of nature guiding me, my mouth opening, as words fell out in just the right sequence to guide the conversation towards a place of trust and meaning.

As experience validated my choices, I grew... and  I swam deeper into the fast flowing centre of the river.

One one profound evening... my last in L.A (a "F#CK YES" invitation that rendered the paying of $600 to change flights a no-brainer), I found myself surrounded by 100 humans on a path of higher awareness.. all working in some way to raise the consciousness of the planet.

Tribe, nourishment, inspiration

This night will go down in my life as a breakthrough night, a ceremony, celebration organised by a beautiful brother I met just days earlier... and it felt like a tribal gathering, and it felt like I was representing my tribe, my land. That was a new feeling.

I had numerous conversations, where one sentence served to shatter a limitation that had been subtly entrenched for years... To have one's mind-blown repeatedly, over and over, while gliding from dance-floor to chill-out room, to cuddle-puddle, to sound bath, to chakra alignment, to theta healing to tea ceremony...  is quite the experience.

What I discovered is this: All limits are mind-made. Just when I think I have cleared a limit, there is revealed another...

This process can be vastly accelerated by willingness to accelerate it, being surrounded by those who are also shattering mind-made limits, and helping each other to breakthrough to the inter-connected field that lies beyond the mind.

Thus living our best lives possible is a team sport, a collaborative quest, a collective adventure!

Sometimes, with an energy of gratitude, I assess my life, and think "Fck yes Jiro. Keep showing up. Keep serving. You are growing.". But there are times where it becomes a lonely quest, a solo struggle to battle one's own demons.

And there is fear, the voice of the ego questioning worth. That part is still there, every now and then.

So imagine what it feels like to be surrounded by 100 people, all showing up, facing their demons, living their truth, sharing codes and wisdom... creating lives of beauty and expression, living with conscious rebellion against a system that that brainwashed fear and apathy into the masses.

It felt beautiful. I felt nourished. Inspired. Ignited. This was my tribe. A community of conscious life designers expressing their unique gifts in service to a more enlightened planet.

So my message to you is this: Find your tribe. Nourish and be nourished. Seek your point of highest contribution, and let go of the illusion of control. What exists on the other side, is expression and expansion- what can only be described as LIVING.

I'll leave you with the sage words of a hero of mine, Bucky Fuller.

"There are three kinds of people in the world: those who are asleep, those who are stirring, and those who are awake.

If you try to wake up the sleeping person he will just mumble and go back to sleep.
If you wake up the stirring person he will wake up just long enough to curse you and then go back to sleep.

Instead of trying to wake them up, if you come across someone who is asleep or stirring what you should do is, fluff their pillow, tuck them in, and kiss them on the forehead.

The important joy for those who are awake is to seek each other out, connect with others who are awake, talk, sing and celebrate together. This will create a groundswell of awareness. As this groundswell increases and spreads out, it will awaken the stirring and will begin to stir those who are still sleeping."

-Buckminster Fuller, architect, systems theorist, author, designer, and inventor.
