EMBRACE LIFE’S INHERENT GOODNESS

Basic goodness is not a belief system, but it is entirely natural to us. Everything in our lives and in our world, as chaotic as it might be, is the expression of basic goodness. Our confusion, misery, unhappiness, and negativity are also expressions of basic goodness.

Fellow human beings... are we keeping them vibes real high?

Don't forget that this is the real battle. There is a war going on... and I'm not talking conspiracy theory stuff.

I'm talking the battle that goes on in the minds of every single human being that has ever existed... between fear and love.

And the real conspiracy is not a theory... it is the actual fact that in every given moment we have free choice.

But forces in us (and therefore around us) make it seem as though we don't have the free choice to choose our response and attitude and vibe in every moment.

The real conspiracy is that we get hoodwinked into forgetting the basic, intrinsic goodness of life.... the natural amazingness of being alive and experiencing our aliveness.

This grand conspiracy created by our own minds is played out as misery, ungratefulness, anxiety and all suffering caused by the weight of stories that block out the natural goodness of being alive.

What we yearn for... what we actually want... is the simple remembrance of the basic goodness of life. This is nectar for our souls.

Life, by its nature, is good.

In times of escalating fear, embracing life's inherent goodness becomes crucial. The sun rises to warm us and provide free energy.

The air we breathe and the water we drink are both abundant and freely offered by the Earth.

Our biology is naturally attuned to appreciate beauty. The melodious song of birds, the feel of the Earth under our bare feet, the wind kissing our skin, the sound of a child's laughter—these simple pleasures affirm the inherent goodness of life.

Even resting and doing nothing can feel intrinsically good.

This inherent goodness doesn't rely on achievements, possessions, or knowledge. It's simply an integral part of embracing life. By recognizing and appreciating this fundamental goodness, we awaken our inner self, leading to healing, uplifting our spirits, and even fostering creativity.

This concept is not abstract or mystical; it's a palpable experience. The playful energy that springs from embracing life's inherent goodness is testament to this natural state of being.

THE CHALLENGE WE FACE

However, challenging times test our ability to acknowledge life's inherent goodness. Measures like quarantine or social distancing can isolate us, skewing our focus towards perceived deficiencies. Our minds can weave narratives of division, draining away the sense of goodness.

Moreover, the media often thrive on undermining our perception of life's inherent goodness, focusing on sensationalism and fear because they sell. Crises and suffering pose significant challenges to our ability to remember life's inherent goodness. However, they also provide an opportunity for our warrior spirit to rise.

CULTIVATING WARRIOR SPIRIT

True warriorship isn't about aggression but the courageous determination to uphold what we believe is good. As warriors of the heart and Earth, we must resist succumbing to worldly fears. While acknowledging these fears, we should avoid becoming self-serving and forgetful of life's inherent goodness.

Ancient legends worldwide echo a similar tale:

To make a meaningful contribution to the world, we must embark on a personal journey of embracing life's inherent goodness.

This journey doesn't require a grand hero's quest to the Himalayas. It starts at home, with the humble acknowledgment of life's daily wonders and the intrinsic benevolence of existence. It begins with an appreciation of all that is good in our lives.

Let's hold onto this, especially in these times when the illusion of non-goodness threatens to overshadow our lights.

Embrace life's inherent goodness to elevate your spirit even in the most trying times.
